My daughter is in the phase where she is taking lids on and off of things. Then she sees how they fit and puts them back together. Now, I love seeing her hit her milestones and it makes me happy that she is starting to figure these things out. However, it’s not working so well at meal times when I put food on her tray removable tray and she proceeds to pull the tray off and dump it everywhere! (fingers crossed).

Directions for DIY Removable Highchair Tray

I grabbed a pack of already cut squares of Velcro (aff link) at the dollar store, and this was a fix that couldn’t be easier. First, I grabbed two sets of Velcro squares (aff link). Then, I put one on each side of the removable tray. If you decide in the future not to keep them, you can remove them pretty easily with some Goo Be Gone (aff link)! For that reason, this is one of my favorite cleaners for getting tags off of toys, thrift store finds, etc!
