These 5 ingredient gluten-free peanut butter cookies work up fast and taste delicious. The base recipe is dairy, gluten, and nut free!
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp┬ábaking soda
  • ½ tsp┬ápure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter (you could substitute another like sunflower for nut allergies)
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or mini m&ms (optional add-in that makes it not dairy free)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together egg, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Add in peanut butter and beat until well blended.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer cookies onto wire racks until cool.
