Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe and Free Gluten Free Stickers (Cut File + Printable)

Every year my mom hosts a cookie exchange. This year, two people coming are gluten-free. What a shame, going to a cookie exchange without being able to enjoy the cookies! My mom and I decided we would make gluten-free recipes so they have some gluten-free cookies to enjoy even if the rest has to go to their family! I am sharing a super easy 5 ingredient gluten-free peanut butter cookie recipe AND some gluten-free stickers for Silhouette Cameo. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Silhouette, I’m including a PDF too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all natural creamy peanut butter (you could substitute another like sunflower for nut allergies)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or mini m&ms (optional add-in that makes it not dairy free)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together egg, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Add in peanut butter and beat until well blended.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Transfer cookies onto wire racks until cool.

Since I made these for a cookie exchange, I wanted to mark them clearly as gluten-free in case of confusion. I designed these gluten-free stickers for Silhouette cameo and kiss cut them on sticker paper. You can also print them on sticker paper and cut them out if you don’t own a Silhouette.
